Project Management

Bond Construction’s reputation for quality is founded in the experience and capability of staff at every level. Every member of staff has complete competence in their own trade, with the opportunity to develop further skills.

Small maintenance projects will be undertaken by the appropriate tradesman, with an inspection by one of our management team on completion. Larger projects will be managed by a site agent, on a full or part-time basis, depending on the scale and complexity of the job.

Regular meetings will be held with the client and architect to review progress, discuss any issues and to agree valuations of the work completed to date.

As the head of the company Jason will be personally involved in the larger schemes and have varying degrees of involvement in others.
